Imaginary cap space

I recently had an disagreement with someone I no longer consider honorable, in fact I consider him a twit. The arguement was over the Bruins amount of cap space. He claims:

"I have read the Globe and other articles and they have clearly stated that they have about 3 million or so in cap room."

This is a flat out lie. If anyone can find a link that says the Bruins have 3 mil in cap room from a reputable source or someone that is more than three quarters a half nit-whit, I for one would love to see it.

From todays Kevin Paul Dupont article:
There are five clubs with less than $1 million in cap space: Vancouver, San Jose, New Jersey, Tampa, and Boston. Three others -- Minnesota, Ottawa, and the Islanders -- have less than $2 million in wiggle room . . .

So I will say again... those of you who think you are going to fix this team on another teams roster with a trade, remember equal dollars have to go. You want Nabi in nets? You lose Glen Murray.

Dear Matt,

One point of honor gained by admitting that you are the twit.

To gain another point of honor admit to your readers that you lied about the amount of cap space the Bruins have. If you do not want to define it as lying, just admit you fabricated it.

It would also be good to come forth with the fact that you not only moderate the inappropriate comments, you moderate the critical comments to your site. Then perhaps you could apologize for not moderating the innappropriate remarks directed towards me.

While your at it you could say how you sensored me innappropriately.

You could also take down the copy cat back ground you stole from here at Ghosts of the Garden.

Now I will tell you about mature. The second I joined Ghosts of the Garden I had admistrative rights at the site. There was no two week period where I needed to get permision and have my work edited.

You actually changed my sentence "I think it rocks." To "I think its cool"?

Also if I choose to. I could use no capital letters at this site and they wouldn't care. You know why, cause its a blog. You actually told me it looked unprofessional, while half capitalizing my posts and not editing Latrappe's barely English posts!

So if you find this immature sorry, but thats just the point, you wouldnt allow this post at your site and this one will stand here proudly.

have a nice day.

Hello Latrappe,

I can see through your anonymity ;)

Lies and half truths and ignoring facts for prejudices ruins your credibility by the way.

Matt and Latrappe- go home. Mom is waiting for you. Dont waste your time chasing Neb...he lives here now.
Neb- I really dont think anyone here cares about two twits. Now, that being said; did you think it was Latrappe as anonymous because of the bad grammar?

Neb, I don't think you got it. I didn't let them through. I actually turned off the moderation for a few days because I wasn't getting remarks and then all of a sudden i saw deleted comments and you all pissed. Trust me, I got many more inapporopriate remarks which I rejected. But I am glad that you can freak over a cap space thing. I didn't think bonus's counted, I thought they only counted if they made them, my bad. Otherwise I was right.

I do not agree with personal attacks but as neb said, "...I consider him a twit" which is just his own opinion of a person he left anonymous out of respect. The purpose of his post was NOT to attack this individual but show the truth in the actual Cap room we have left.
With all this said Neb was correct in the cap space and comments directed at him at another site and not removed were alot worse than being called a twit.
The purpose of these blogs are to discuss the Bruins not to attack fellow fans or make up false rumors or untruths to try and get a discussion.
Anyway we at Ghosts of the Garden welcome Neb and are glad to have him as part of our team.
I am sure I will not agree with everything neb says but I will NOT edit or make changes to his posts. I have disagreed with both Treebob and Doobie but never attacked them personally or changed any of their posts - I just point out factually why they are wrong and why I am right :)
Hopefully all this nonsense is behind us now after this one comment - Matt @ Bruins Rumors I will say this as nice as possible but stealing a fellow bloggers background is CLASSLESS - this is an ovious attempt to get back at neb. Take down the background and lets learn to coexist with eath other.

pretty good site. I like his format. Too bad he is not updating it during the season.

So that proves it right there. no cap space left (unless they send Kessel down to the minors).

So if you all hope and pray that Kessel will stink on the 4th line, then you might get Nabakov.
