The Hated Habs Part Deux

The Bruins play the Habs for the second time this season tonite. The Habs won the first meeting by a score of 3-2. It was an evenly played game that could have went either way but in the end Montreal scored the winning goal with 1.2 seconds remaining on the clock.
There were 2 late mental errors on the Bruins part that caused the winning goal. First was Lashoff taking a brief hold on a Habs player and getting the gate for 2 minutes. Then there was an error by Chara - he had his man (Markov) covered in front when for no apparent reason he decided to go puck chasing and ended up in a corner with Higgins. Higgins then centered the puck to an unmarked Markov who had all the time in the world to pick his spot and beat "The Trapper" for the winner.

Tonite the Bruins can not make any mental errors and if possible get an early lead (take the Montreal fans out of the game). Forwards have to capitalize on their chances and Thomas once again has to stand on his head.

Imagine how good Thomas' numbers would be if the Bruins defence was even average. He is playing allstar quality nets this season with one of the worst defences in the league in front of him.

Go Bruins Go !!!!
