Gameday - Washington @ Boston 03/15/07

The Bruins have an "easy" stretch of games coming up, and it begins tonight with the Capitals in town. After that the Bruins take on the Rangers and Canadiens two times each. These games are extremely important, because they are two of the teams standing in their way for the eighth playoff spot. Tonight's game is the final match in the four game series, with Boston winning all previous meetings 3-2.

Donavan will still be out of the line-up at least through the weekend. Taking his place will be fresh call up Ben Walter, the baby B's second leading scorer. Other notables; Tim Thomas and Olie Kolzig will be in nets (1st game back after MCL), York will be a healthy scratch and still no word on Murray so I expect him out.

I hope to be back on tonight with a possible live game report.
