Gameday - Bruins @ Canadiens 12/12/06

Tonight is the third game in the eight game series between these Northeast Division teams. In the previous two outings the two teams split the decisions, with Montreal winning the first game 3-2 scoring with a second left in the third. Game two saw the Bruins win what would be an ugly defencive game for both teams, 6-5.

Possible line-up:

Tenkrat - Savard - Murray
Sturm - Bergeron - Boyes
Primeau - Mowers – Donovan
Hoggan - Stastny- Chistov

Defense

Chara, Alberts
Mara, B. Stuart
Jurcina, York

I am going to go out on a limb and predict Thomas will start tonight, but with the way Toivonen played in Providence and also in relief in the NJ game he may get the start. I personally would like Thomas to get a full night off. It really annoys me when Lewis takes Thomas out after one period to try and spur the team into performing. Yan Stastny was called up to take Phil Kessel's place as the 4th line centre and PJ still remains out with a bad foot.
