Game 5 Notes
Bruins beat habs 5-1 and now trail in the series 3-2.
The difference in game 5 was Carey Price - how bad he was. His nerves are gone, he looked like "Red Light" Racicot in the hab's net last nite. Young rookie goalie and the pressure of the big stage has gotten to him - they should have kept Huet (worse move at the trade deadline).
The Bruins play again on Saturday and look to even the series and force game 7.
The game's three stars as picked by me:
1 - Timmy Thomas (big saves and nerves of steel).
2- Andrew Ference (great on "D" and 3 assists)
3- Carey Price (would have been hard for the B's to win without his performance last nite:) )
Go Bruins Go!!!
* side note: the littlest defenseman is posting again - check it out, some great insight

to pat myself on the back.... i think i called the outcome of the last two games in predicting the results of game 4. looking for a huge effort by our boys on saturday. hopefully we see a team hungry for blood, pucks and a game 7!
also i wonder if that wonderfully insiteful annoymous "hab fan" has the backbone to post about the iceman now and his group of o so skilled canandians!
Thanks for the mention! I still don't know how permanently I'm posting, but it's great to be back so we'll see.
Can't imagine the Hab will be back...didn't they start to file out of the rink after the Bruins' fourth goal?
Katie o'd - it is more like they ran out with embarrassed heads down.
I would never leave a Bruins game no matter how bad they were losing (then again The B' are still 100% at games I attend), hell I can't even change the channel during commercials when I watch on tv (not even during those 2 blow outs to Wash and T.O.). I have to see every second of every game they play.
I hope you are back posting permanently, it is great to read your blog(you are like the other bloggers, only littler :-))
