Adios Tenkrat
TSN has reported that Petr Tenkrat has signed a two year contract with Timra IK of the Swedish Elite League. This contract can be voided if he is offered a contract by an NHL team. I would love to see him back with the Bruins, as I think he is a talented winger who brings energy to the 4th line. I have my doubts he will be re-signed by the Bruins since we have a lot of young talent in the system.

you are a posting maniac....
today the bruins brass is talking about "need to be tough to play agaisnt" again... this means good bye tenkrat, and probably goodbye chistov. look for pc to try to pick up a digging, hitting, snarling wing..... good luck pc.
I would agree Chistov wouldn't be signed but then he is already signed for the upcoming season and then an RFA after that. So unless it is via trade he is going nowhere.
Exactly right neb. That's what they need--a gritty left winger. But players like that were hard to find even before the Ducks mugged their way to a cup. That's why PC was able to get Bochenski, Chistov and Tenkrat so cheap in the first place. Two kinds of players were already at a premium: big defensemen and gritty wingers. Now they will be even harder to come by. Unfortunately, unless he can pull off a big deal with a free agent (and I'm not even sure who that would be) it may take a painful trade... the B's are strong at center.
Hey, was that a case of Tenkrat escaping a sinking ship?
Wow all these changes in Boston. Good stuff! I like the addition of Julien as coach. I never liked Lewis! The B's are probably going to do a lot more yet, TreeBob. You'll be posting all summer!!!
