Lucic Learning Quickly

In an earlier game (exhibition I think) this season Milan Lucic fought Matthew Spiller and continued to pound on him after he hit the ice (a big no-no with NHL players) with about 4-5 late punches. On Thursday Lucic fought Mark Bell of the Toronto Maple Leafs in a spirited bout and near the end Lucic landed a large right that had Bell turn away indicating he had enough - Lucic had an opening then to pound a few more in but showed great judgement in stopping himself. This shows a respect for your opponent and will go along way in getting respect back - I was glad to see him stop when Bell was finished as opposed to his earlier fight with Spiller - the kid is learning:)

By the way the Bruins won the game Thursday 5-2 and take on The Hated Habs tonite in another original six matchup.

Go Bruins Go!!!
